Join Our New Team as a Sales Representative in Diabetes Management
Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for 6 Sales Representatives to join our team across Spain and promote innovative diabetes management products and services. Territory : Madrid
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and Sell : Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
- Build Relationships : Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Drive Prescriptions : Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
- Customer Engagement : Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
- Educate and Demonstrate : Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
- Strategize : Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
- Meet Targets : Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Support HCPs : Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.
- Market Intelligence : Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.
Required Knowledge and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market, typically obtained through education and sales experience.Valid Driving Licence.Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a plus.Why Join Us?
