What we are looking for
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the first point of contact with our customers and whose mission is to make our users' experience enjoyable.
What does the job involve
As a Customer Success Manager, your general missions will be to :
- Be accountable for a dedicated seller portfolio,
- Upsell our different solution : Shipping, Pay and Marketplace.
- Reply within the required response time and qualitatively to the sellers on our CRM (at least 40 tickets per day).
- Hold Bi-weekly webinars
Qualifications
4 + years’ of experience in account management or customer successFluency in both English and French is an advantageous qualificationStrong analytical skills - ability to understand and analyze learning and development needsAbility to identify business challenges and turn them in to learning and development solutionsProven programme management skills and experienceExperience working in entrepreneurial or high-growth environmentBachelor’s degree from a recognized institutionOutstanding communication skills – both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with clientsBenefits
