Convertix is looking for a Business Development & Sales professional with a track record in Agency & Tech.

Location : Spain, Hybrid

OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital agency and are constantly looking out for talent in Sales & Business Development.

Main Responsibilities

Creation of a prospect database - Prospecting
Lead nurturing
Cold emailing, texting, and calling
Generate a qualified sales pipeline
Generate sales meetings & proposals
Close deals with team support

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a Digital Agency or a Tech company

Business professional in English is a must-have. Spanish, Italian, German, and French are nice-to-haves

Knowing how to automate outbound systems with external tools

Public speaking and motivation to attend industry events

Motivation, proactive attitude, going the extra mile, ability to think outside the box

Not to be afraid to pick up the phone but being especially a great Social Media communicator

Experience with inbound systems and processes
