Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona and help manage and convert leads from the UK veterinary market interested in our training programs.
This is a hybrid role , requiring at least two in-office days per week (Barcelona Office) . The position includes commercial outreach, CRM usage, candidate support, and participation in digital campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our academic, admissions, operations and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads from the UK.
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email and video calls.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress in our CRM system.
- Assist in launching and following up on sales and email campaigns.
- Support candidates through the full enrolment process.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, academic and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
Fluent or near-native level of English (C2) – both spoken and written.Experience in customer service, candidate support , or similar roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of organisation and digital fluency (CRM, email, spreadsheets, video tools).Ability to work hybrid from our Barcelona office at least two days / week.Positive, proactive and results-driven mindset.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of German is a plus.Background or experience in education , veterinary , or training sectors is highly valued.What We Offer
