Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona and help manage and convert leads from the UK veterinary market interested in our training programs.

This is a hybrid role , requiring at least two in-office days per week (Barcelona Office) . The position includes commercial outreach, CRM usage, candidate support, and participation in digital campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our academic, admissions, operations and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from the UK.
  • Communicate with prospective students via phone, email and video calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress in our CRM system.
  • Assist in launching and following up on sales and email campaigns.
  • Support candidates through the full enrolment process.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, academic and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent or near-native level of English (C2) – both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service, candidate support , or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organisation and digital fluency (CRM, email, spreadsheets, video tools).
  • Ability to work hybrid from our Barcelona office at least two days / week.
  • Positive, proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Background or experience in education , veterinary , or training sectors is highly valued.
