Provide consulting, training, and support on client-facing and internal projects related to hosted safety database services and technology systems for Pharmacovigilance. Assist in designing, developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining technical solutions for Pharmacovigilance business, with a focus on safety databases and technology systems, covering :

# System setup and configuration. # Training materials development and delivery.

Administer Safety Databases (Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information modules) and other technology systems for Pharmacovigilance, including database configuration and user account management. Provide second-level support for the internal helpdesk. Analyse complex business needs from clients and internal teams and recommend / implement solutions. Provide project management and oversight for both client and internal projects. Deploy version updates, hot-fixes, and patches following controlled change request procedures. Lead the design and execution of data migrations for hosted safety databases. Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Development process. Mentor senior specialists and other team members.
