We are looking for a SCCM Support Technician (Level 1 / 1.5) to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to users in a corporate environment.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software.
• Manage users and groups in Active Directory .
• Register and follow up incidents using ServiceNow .
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain systems and devices using SCCM .
• Create basic reports and monitor tasks using Office tools.
