Job Title : Remote / Hybrid Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor (Sports Industry)

Location : Remote (Only within Bulgaria) / Hybrid Option Available / Relocation to Sofia Available

Language Requirements : Minimum B2 Portuguese, B2 English

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in the sports industry. This is a remote position available exclusively for individuals based in Bulgaria. If you prefer a combination of working from home and in the office, a hybrid work model is also an option. Additionally, there is the opportunity for relocation to Sofia if you prefer to work in a physical office environment.

In this role, you will assist customers in both Portuguese and English, answering questions and resolving issues related to our sports products and services. Previous experience in customer service or the sports industry is beneficial, but not a requirement. We provide all necessary equipment and comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels. Assist with inquiries regarding our sports products, orders, shipping, returns, and other customer needs.
  • Problem Solving : Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, working to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction. Strive to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes for customers.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our sports products and services. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product details, availability, features, and promotions.
  • Order Management : Help customers with various aspects of order management, including tracking, modifications, cancellations, and payment-related inquiries. Ensure seamless and efficient order processing.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather and document customer feedback regarding their experience with our products and services. Provide insights to help improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-ups and documentation of all communication.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as logistics, marketing, and sales to ensure that customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively. Foster a collaborative approach to customer service and company-wide goals.
  • Ongoing Learning : Continuously expand your knowledge of product updates, industry trends, and company processes. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and provide the best possible service.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Language Skills : Proficient in Portuguese at a B2 level (both written and spoken) and proficient in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Experience : Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. An interest in or familiarity with the sports industry is advantageous, but not a requirement.
  • Technical Skills : Experience with customer service platforms or CRM systems is a plus, but not essential. Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving problems in a calm and effective manner.
  • Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Team Collaboration : A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments. Willingness to support other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of orders, customer inquiries, and service records.
