Scope
This role is a fixed-term contract and is open both in Madrid, and Lisbon with an Iberian scope.
As Digital Operations Administrator in Iberia Operations team, you will be an active figure in our long-term strategy of automation and digitalization initiatives inside the Operations team in Spain and Portugal, in accordance with our customer’s needs, and following closely the different steps of the lifecycle of payment devices (inventory management, installation, configuration and maintenance).
You will envision, design and create, both from a technical and functional perspective, digitalization initiatives that will strengthen Iberia operations IT ecosystem by removing manual steps and deploying automated processes that can improve reliability, performance and cost savings, always in accordance to business processes in place.
You will work closely with Ingenico Operations, sales, product and R&D teams, and existing and potential customers to define and execute digitalization initiatives driven to achieve the best customer experience.
You will also collaborate with development teams that will implement, verify and deploy your designs.
Responsibilities
Experience / Skills
You have a successful experience on a similar role, with a computer science, information technology and / or engineering / scientific education background.
You can demonstrate relevant experience in digitalization and automation solutions design with a track record of executing digital transformation projects based on deep understanding of customer requirements.

Relevant expertise on CRM and Ticketing Management Systems administration and configuration
