We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in the medical devices sector and a robust network within the industry. Your mission will be to drive business growth by building strong relationships with new and existing clients and positioning the company's solutions as the best in the market.

Main responsibilities :
- Manage and implement all company-related sales and business development initiatives and activities
- Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals and reach yearly company goals.
- Experience visiting Operating rooms and being in contact with the medical professionals who work there
- Maintain and monitor pricing strategies, compare competitor pricing, and establish prices.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with government rules and regulations.
- Negotiate contracts, manage spendings, and develop and maintain long-term customer relations
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with related people on governmental and private hospitals and dealers and distributors to succeed the company short term and long term strategic targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including design and implementation of promotion programs
Core skills / experience :
Based in CataluñaBachelor´s degree in business administration, engineering or related field.5+ years of proven experience in a sales role; in medical device market, preferably in medical disposal products segment.A good knowledge base of the country / region / market and a willingness to learn.Proficient verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to build strong relationships quickly to provide excellent customer service and leverage those relationships to drive results.Sensitivity to different cultural norms.A proactive attitude geared towards continuous improvement with problem-solving skills and attention to details.Flexibility and adaptability to take ownership and set directions with guidance.Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope.What's on offer?
