How your day will look like :
- Advise customers on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform, during workshops.
- Create concepts for system architecture and similar tasks.
- Take responsibility for solution design and implementation, communicating with customers on a technical level.
- Engage with product innovations and be recognized internally and externally for your knowledge of leading-edge technology.
- Solve problems pragmatically and explain technical concepts simply.
Your profile :
5+ years of experience in CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar).Strong passion for new technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment.Enjoy sharing knowledge via articles, blog posts, LinkedIn, etc.Customer-centric mindset, quick understanding of needs, pragmatic solutions, and technical implementation skills.Motivated to learn and grow personally.IT background and / or a degree in business informatics or computer science.Fluent German (C1 or C2) and good English skills.EU citizenship or Spanish work visa.If your experience differs slightly but you believe you can add value, we'd love to hear from you.
