About Genesy AI

Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what truly matters : selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.

After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round to grow our team and scale in key markets, we’re looking for a passionate B2B Sales Strategy Consultant to join us.

We’ve nailed the hard stuff : sales, brand, team, and growth. Now we need YOU to help us fix what matters most — product execution, structure, and customer experience .

What You'll Do

  • Lead product end-to-end — from strategy to delivery
  • Build structure, process & cross-functional teams with full product ownership
  • Drive product quality, reliability & user retention KPIs

Must-have

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience leading product teams at fast-scaling B2B SaaS
  • Obsessed with building products customers love
  • Thrives in chaos, brings clarity, and gets things done
  • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) is a plus
  • Knowledge about sales tech (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, etc.) is a plus

    • Barcelona-based or open to relocate to our vibrant city.

    Nice-to-have

  • You’re GTM-savvy and technically sharp
  • You have a technical background
  • You have experience with AI
