We are hiring sales professionals with natural sales instincts and a willingness to support new business. You will work with Target Account Sales Executives (in the field) to create new business.

Your main tools will be market intelligence provided by Autodesk, social media, marketing campaigns, and most importantly, your ability to search and find new projects within your assigned territory. You will have the freedom to conduct your own research with support and engagement from your manager, and exposure to management across EMEA.

You will be measured on the pipeline generation you create per quarter, contributing to new business growth.

You will gain knowledge of the software industry where Autodesk is a leader, along with ongoing training from our dedicated sales coaches. You will have independence and autonomy in managing your inside business, with exposure to management at all levels, including the CEO, in an engaging office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to convert them into sales accepted leads.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with over 100 accounts.
  • Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers through cold calling and emailing.
  • Listen to prospects' needs and determine mutual fit with Autodesk.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product teams to streamline processes.
  • Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote effective practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Corporate work experience, prior inside / software sales experience, and a willingness to improve sales skills through coaching and self-learning.
  • Language skills : Business fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Passion to develop professionally and advance within Autodesk.
