About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our company. You’ll collaborate closely with our local finance teams as well as the CEO / COO, to lead the finance operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Day-to-day support accounting and financial statements of NatureRe Capital AG, Switzerland, as well as other group entities (Spain & Colombia)
  • Budget Projections and Cash Flow Management in relation to all group entities
  • Support in structuring and implementation of group transfer pricing policy
  • Support and management of audit processes

Required Skills :

  • Certified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the investment management / finance industry
  • Self-starter with problem solving skills and ease to work in an international environment
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish
  • Based in Valencia / Spain (Spanish citizen or relevant work permit)

    • Desired Skills (Not Mandatory) :

  • Working knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
