We offer a postdoctoral contract associated with a 3-year Caixa Research Grant to collaborate in a project that aims to understand the pathophysiology of mitochondrial disorders. The work will be performed at Dr. Cristina Ugalde's lab at Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas Margarita Salas (CIB-CSIC), Madrid. We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with demonstrated experience in the biochemistry of membrane proteins and / or structural biology, preferably (but not exclusively) oriented towards mitochondrial biology. Previous experience in bioinformatics pipelines and R-package software will be positively valued.
