Director de proyectos de TI (SAP HANA)

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a strategic SAP S / 4 HANA logistics, to join our client's international tech team.

The project involves the merging of company codes and the investigation of equipment management implementation within a globally rolled-out S / 4 HANA system. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and experience in agile project environments.

Role Responsibilities :

• Lead the project alongside the Business Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
• Plan and coordinate project phases and work packages with cross-functional teams
• Manage project schedule, risks, issues, budget, testing, and cutover activities
• Align timelines and deliverables with global stakeholders and SAP Template teams
• Ensure IT infrastructure setup and design approvals follow internal guidelines
• Contract and coordinate external partners and consultants
• Adhere to Siemens Energy's PM methodology and Quality Gate requirements
• Prepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings
• Manage dependencies with related projects and ensure seamless integration
• Oversee rollout of end-to-end processes and ensure strategic alignment
• Handle scope changes and resource adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards
• Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
