The role sits in the controlling team at the heart of the finance department, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to work closely with the rest of the finance team as well as with key stakeholders within the organisation.

Your mission within Kantox
Reporting to the Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.Analyse financial data to explain variances and detect risks / opportunities, especially within the area of costs of sales and operational expenses.Partner with the accounting team during the month-end process in regards to the review and analysis of the financial data (PL mainly).Participate in the monthly and quarterly reporting to the top management and the group.Lead the preparation and reporting to the financial authorities (Bank of Spain and Financial Conduct Authority).Key contributor in the optimization and automatization of our reporting process with the implementation of Power BI and the digitalization of our dashboards and reports.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Who you are
4+ years proven working experience as FP&A or ControllerFluent level of EnglishKnowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of commitment to quality work, proactivity and motivationAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFinancial modelling and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to successfully maintain a view of the big pictureStrong Excel skills and Power BI knowledgeDegree in Economics or Business AdministrationBenefits
