Events Arena (www.events-arena.com) is a B2B travel agency specializing in sports and cultural events. We act as an official distributor or sub-agent for some of the largest European entities, including football clubs, rugby federations, motorsport circuits, tennis tournaments, festivals, concerts, and more. Our seats and travel packages are marketed through leading distribution channels, primarily in France and Western Europe. Our sales team consists of both young and experienced professionals, with French and English as the main working languages. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a new team member who aligns with our corporate values, passion, and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in Booking Management :

Assisting with daily internal reservation processing.

  • Participating in booking confirmations and invoicing processes with B2B partners.
  • Handling after-sales service, including inquiries and modifications.
  • Collecting customer details based on product-specific requirements.
  • Assisting with Event & Travel Logistics :
  • Preparing and sending vouchers, travel documents, and tickets.

  • Tracking stock levels, client listings, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitoring Company Purchases & Distribution Channels :
  • Updating internal ticket and hotel purchase rates.

  • Managing the B2B platform by updating prices and refining content.
  • Reviewing online sales pages and reporting or correcting any issues.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); basic Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and motivation.
  • Punctuality and professionalism.
  • Working Conditions

  • Start Date : February 2025
  • Reporting to : Sales Representatives and Sales Director
  • Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Location : Office in Poblenou, Barcelona
  • Remote Work : 1 day per week after training is completed
  • Salary : To be discussed based on profile and academic background
  • Absences / leave : Subject to prior approval by management
