• Advising customers on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Creating concepts for system architecture.
• Taking responsibility for solution design and implementation, communicating with customers on a technical level.
• Engaging with product innovations and sharing knowledge internally and externally about leading-edge technology.
• Solving problems pragmatically and explaining technical concepts simply.
