Your role in BizAway
- FULL CYCLE POSITION : you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract
signature, at least for the first year
Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH regionRun outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospectsLead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to ContractForecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipelineBe an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessaryDefine Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team LeadersWork with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualifications
