职位概述

OPPO 西班牙公司正在招聘一名 人力资源专员,加入我们欧洲区人力资源团队。该岗位常驻马德里,作为本地HR业务伙伴,将在西班牙业务团队内支持各类人力资源管理工作,同时与欧洲区HR团队保持紧密协作。该职位将涉及招聘、人力资源共享服务(HRSSC)、员工关系、绩效管理、培训与发展等多个领域的工作。

主要职责

  • 主要负责西班牙本地端到端招聘流程,确保高效、优质的人才引进。
  • 支持HR日常运营与人力资源共享服务(HRSSC)工作,包括劳动合同、入职手续、薪酬协同、员工信息管理等。
  • 作为员工关系伙伴,处理员工关系事务,确保遵守西班牙劳动法规,营造积极的工作氛围,推动员工体验与企业文化建设,协助组织团建及文化活动。
  • 协助绩效管理流程,包括目标设定、绩效评估与人才盘点。
  • 协调并推动员工培训与发展项目,提升员工能力与敬业度。
  • 协助人力资源数据分析,输出报告,为业务决策提供支持。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。
  • 具备1-3年人力资源通才或HR运营相关工作经验,有跨国公司或快节奏企业经验者优先。
  • 熟悉西班牙劳动法及本地人力资源管理实践。
  • 具备优秀的中英文 / 中西语沟通能力(西班牙语和英语口语及书面表达流利)。
  • 具备独立工作能力,同时具备良好的团队协作精神。
  • 工作细致认真、组织能力强,能同时管理多项工作任务。
  • 热爱人力资源工作,具备文化适应力与积极主动的工作态度。

  • Position Overview

    OPPO Spain is seeking an HR Specialist to join our Europe Human Resources team, based in Madrid.

    As the local HR business partner, this position will support various HR management activities within the Spain business team while maintaining close collaboration with the regional HR team in Europe.

    The role will cover key HR areas including recruitment, HR shared services (HRSSC), employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local positions in Spain, ensuring efficient and high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Support daily HR operations and HR Shared Services (HRSSC) tasks, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
  • Act as an employee relations partner, handling workplace matters, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement and company culture.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluation, and talent review.
  • Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs to enhance capability and engagement.
  • Support HR data analysis and reporting to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations; experience in multinational or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and local HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English / Spanish (fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is required).
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about human resources, with strong cultural adaptability and a proactive attitude.
