The role will work in IQVIAs People Analytics Reporting and Communications (PARC) team, which is a center of expertise (COE) in the Human Resources function. The team develops, enhances, and utilizes human resources data analytics tools, providing a single source of truth for analytics and reporting. The tools contain information related to IQVIAs current and historical workforce, talent acquisition, planning, and financial metrics, serving HR business managers and other stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • The candidate will work closely with the manager, extended team, and analytics tool system administrator to assess business requirements and design and implement our analytics technical roadmap.
  • Work with data and systems potentially from various departments such as finance and customer-facing systems.
  • Maintain standards for people analytics and solutions, ensuring the system meets business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and derive insights.
  • Liaise with other departments and teams to provide analytics solutions.
  • Utilize programs like Python or other data analysis tools.
  • Tackle big data questions and perform high-end data analytics.
  • Optimize processes and data flows, building models to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related or data-related field preferred.
  • Experience in data science, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with end users and senior HR staff.
  • Ability to understand business and customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain demanding timelines, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite : MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
