Tasks

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them towards flawless execution plans. Your role is to provide actionable solutions that produce results at the highest levels. If you prefer whiteboards and post-it notes, this role may not be for you.

Requirements

We seek a Senior Business Transformation & Strategy Execution Consultant with a strong background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results. You should thrive in high-pressure environments and have experience in complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, or manufacturing.

• Proven success in implementing large-scale process improvements in industrial settings
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clarify complex concepts persuasively
• A systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change
• Maintains composure and effectiveness with tough stakeholders
• Experience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments (manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
• Experience with Lean or OKR consulting, delivering real impact
• Team-oriented with a collective mindset
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French and German are a plus
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate soon

This role is not suitable for those preferring theoretical frameworks or relying on "fluffy" methods like endless workshops.
