Communisis is a UK leading provider of personalised customer communication services that specialises in helping clients communicate with their customers more effectively and more profitably in fast-changing markets.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work with us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This position is based on a hybrid working model, working out of a Barcelona office 2-3 days a week.

To work in partnership with the Client to provide a mutually profitable, efficient and professional fulfilment service through total ownership of the account / contract including : Client Relationships, Sales / Business Development, Operational Ownership, and Team Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily cooperation with a client
Product development with the suppliers
Coordination of the production of products

EXPERIENCE

Client Services management experience in a busy corporate environment

Experience in a blue chip compliance environment

Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management

Relevant Topic Graduate

Polished professional communication and presentation skills

Bi-lingual language skills – required language & English

Premiums / gadgets global business understanding capabilities

Knowledge about premiums products, printing technologies, vouchers, lotteries

Brief reception, questioning, and production capabilities

Understanding of the suppliers (premiums) capabilities

Excellent client-facing relationship management
