Here’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert : it’s awesome!)

We are seeking for a IT Helpdesk Support to join our IT Team.

What you'll be rocking :

Learn and support all company-specific software and hardware solutions.

Installs, updates, troubleshoots and develops technical solutions for all hardware and software issues.

Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems.

Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems related to software, hardware, firmware, etc. and communicates solutions to users.

Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the IT team.

Documents procedures and solutions for help desk issues.

Answering both technical and non-technical questions for users.

Making recommendations on areas of process improvement.

Responding to breakdowns.

Must be able to resolve problems via phone or remote control software in a helpdesk environment.

Provide remote help-desk support to international offices around the world, specially in South America.

Managing stocks of equipment

Repairing equipment and replacing parts

Responding to breakdowns

Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

Compliance of the data protection law.

Guarantee implementation of IT policies.

Update and innovate Galenicum technology.

What you bring to the table :

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar functions.

Hands-on troubleshooting experience with computers and other electronic devices.

Knowledge in Apple and google products is a must.

Must have IT skills and have the aptitude and technical ability to support electronic devices and equipment in a network environment.

Hands-on troubleshooting experience with computers and other electronic devices.

Educational milestone :

IT studies or demonstrated equivalence experience.

Good level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Smartsheet, others valuable)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving issues and concerns before they occur or become critical.

Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, to design, monitor and enforce work plans.

Good team player and confidentiality

Excellent learning capabilities in order to implement IT innovations.
