Opportunity for Medical Devices Support Role

This junior position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, supporting the company's operations while delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-line customer support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
  • Collate technical or clinical issues to process escalations.

Sales Administration and Event Support :

  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing medical teams training events, workshops, and certification courses.
  • Requirements :

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Salesforce or SAP knowledge is desirable.
