About Us
We are an exciting new international marketplace platform, designed for the textile industry. We connect textile machinery manufacturers with textile production companies, as well as the main stakeholders of the textile industry, in order to showcase the most sustainably innovative textile machinery available today. We have launched in several markets, including Turkey, Bangladesh, India, China and parts of Europe and we have ambitious growth plans.
Our company is founded by international entrepreneurs, all of whom have significant experience and expertise in manufacturing, gained at senior C-Suite and Board level. We have global investment partnerships set up with in-country banks, and our revenue is generated through textile machinery manufacturers, on both a subscription basis and single transactions.
Our aim is to make the latest and most sustainable manufacturing technology accessible globally to all sizes of textile manufacturers. Our platform is rapidly gaining traction with both textile and machinery manufacturers.
About The Role
Our company is rooted in sustainable manufacturing processes. As such, we’re now looking for a Director of Sustainability, Data, AI and Impact Intelligence. This executive role will be responsible for co-defining and leading Ivy Decarb’s global impact metrics strategy across sustainability, decarbonization and textile machinery productivity. You will take full ownership of the metrics framework, data governance, IT / AI systems and advanced analytics to maximize the value of Ivy Decarb’s industrial intelligence platform. High visibility, cross-functional leadership, and international scope.
As such, it’s essential that you’ll have significant experience in defining methodologies to measure industrial machinery impact on decarbonization and productivity (based in decarbonization metrics, ESG analytics or industrial data / IT roles). You’ll be able to apply AI / Machine Learning to industrial or sustainability datasets.
We’d love you to come from a textile machinery background, but that’s not essential. You will, however, have significant experience within industrial machinery in a decarbonisation and sustainability context. You’ll also be excited about working in a startup with a distinct product offering.
