They are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to support projects focused on software development and AI topics.

About the Role

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a series of software development and AI-driven initiatives for a global technology organisation within the aviation sector.

This is a 6-month contract position, based in Barcelona OR Reading, offering the opportunity to work on innovative, large-scale technology projects with international impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects with a focus on AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams (software engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders) to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Define project plans, manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Drive alignment between technical objectives and business strategy, ensuring successful outcomes for all projects.
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement processes where needed.
