We are looking for a Content Creator Specialist (english proficiency) to join Socialmood. This is an executional and strategic role within IE University’s Social Media team, focused on content creation and AI‑enhanced production.

Mission

The Content Creator Specialist will bring platform‑native thinking, creativity, and agility to help grow engagement and brand visibility across IE’s key digital channels.

We’re looking for a digitally fluent, creative, and self‑driven person that will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing social‑first content, experimenting with AI tools, and ensuring every piece aligns with IE University’s brand voice and storytelling objectives.

You will be part of the Socialmood team, surrounded by professionals with innovation and creativity in their DNA, dedicated to delighting their clients. Our team has specialized knowledge in Social Media & Content Creation, Design & Creativity, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• You’ll develop and execute social‑first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms like X and LinkedIn.
• You’ll write compelling, SEO‑aware copy for posts, carousels, short videos, and other formats.
• You’ll identify emerging social trends and creatively adapt them to fit IE’s audience and tone of voice.
• You’ll apply platform‑native storytelling techniques to maximize engagement and reach.
• You’ll use tools (such as ChatGPT, Edits, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, video editing, and production workflows.
• You’ll stay updated on new AI capabilities and suggest innovative ways to integrate them into the content process.
• You’ll support the coverage of events at IE.
• You’ll be responsible for providing user support on social media and managing online communities.
• You’ll manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• You’ll support the Social Media team in coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, freelance creators, and user‑generated content creators within the IE community.
• You’ll monitor audience behaviours and engagement trends to propose relevant and resonant content ideas.
• You’ll use social‑listening insights to inform content decisions and storytelling angles.

Qualifications

Required Application Materials

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their creativity and experience in social‑first content production. This may include brand work, personal creative projects, campaigns, or viral content examples.
