The Global IT Organization is on an exciting change journey and is looking for a SAP PP / QM Specialist to reinforce the SAP Logistics & Product Supply team.

What will be your role?

You will join a global department of about 22 people, located at different sites in Europe, most of them located in Madrid, working in close collaboration with other SAP specialists in Global IT - SAP Solutions Center.

You will be part of the company's SAP global support team, actively participating in projects and improvements of the product supply business processes, including the migration to S4 / HANA.

Your main functions will be :

  • Incidents and Change requests management : Analysis and Design of solutions, testing and documentation, task prioritization.
  • Improvements identification and implementation.
  • Coordination with the business.
  • When working in projects, align with project management in all the activities and deliverables.

This is an international role where you can expect a moderate amount of travel days. It is important then that you are flexible and able to travel internationally if required.

As a candidate for the role you have :

  • An education in computer science, engineering, or similar experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in SAP solutions, mainly on PP / QM modules.
  • Experience on technical projects and rollouts in S4 / HANA.
  • Experience in working on regulated environments with strong compliance requirements.
  • Experience with GxP and qualification of computerized systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in working in multinational companies and multicultural environments.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Structured, analytical, and process-oriented working style.
  • Team player and good at sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn and a desire to grow in your professional career.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is a requirement – additional languages are an advantage.

    • Your knowledge of SAP must include :

  • Extensive experience in the process design, configuration, testing, support, and troubleshooting of PP and QM modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Experience with integrations with other parties through IDOCs, Web Services, RFCs.
  • Experience on technical projects and rollouts in S4 / HANA.

    The position is located at ALK’s site in Madrid, which is in the business area of Ciudad Lineal, very close to the center of Madrid. We have quick access to the Hermanos García Noblejas and Ascao metro stations, and we also have a wide bus connection. The manufacturing center is located at Calle Miguel Fleta 19 while the Business Support area is in an annex building located in the Avalon Business Park. Nevertheless, we have a remote working policy that will allow you to work from home part of your time.
