About the role :
We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through channel sales. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Sales and Strategy, where you'll lead the development of agent and distributor partnerships to expand OPINATOR’s reach globally.
You’ll identify, onboard, and enable new partners, while strengthening relationships with existing ones to unlock new commercial opportunities. From crafting partnership frameworks to driving joint sales initiatives, your work will be instrumental in scaling our go-to-market efforts.
What you’ll do :
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial and relationship-related matters with existing partners.
- Build and execute long-term engagement strategies that drive retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support partner-driven opportunities.
Partner Acquisition & Enablement
Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners across multiple geographies.Lead the negotiation of partnership proposals and contracts.Develop joint business plans and support partners in generating and closing new opportunities.Strategy & Framework Development
Help define and scale a repeatable, profitable partner model.Establish best-practice engagement frameworks for different partner types.Collaborate with Commercial and Legal teams to create standard processes for onboarding and engagement.Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain up-to-date records of partner activity for internal tracking, forecasting, and financial planning.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform partner strategy.Share structured insights with senior management to optimize partner performance and sales cycles.Why join OPINATOR?

What we’re looking for :
3–5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales—ideally within B2B SaaS.Proven track record building and growing revenue through agent or distributor networks.Strong understanding of digital business models and the SaaS landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 / C2); other languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.J-18808-Ljbffr
