About the Role :

To support the sales depot management and Regional Accounting Manager through the effective management of sales depot finance operation and provide financial and management information to the depot and regional office.

Key Activities :

• Develop and apply effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures within the sales depot.
• Prepare, maintain, and report internal and external financial records and analyses.
• Sales Forecast and Orders
• Sales and Salesmen Reconciliation
• Day-end Close
• Report Generation
• Wastage Verification
• Cash, Banking & Control Accounts
• Receivable (Trade Debtors & Temporary Credits)
