GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The O&M Data Governance and Reporting Specialist will support company’s O&M activities as part of the Corporate O&M team. This role will focus on defining, implementing, and optimizing operational reporting and data governance procedures within the company's technological stack, ensuring efficiency, automation, and alignment with business needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and a analytical profile which must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams and being able to communicate results and findings in an adapted manner to the audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and establish operational reporting procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting processes.
• Implement and integrate reporting procedures within the company’s technological stack, optimizing and automating them where possible.
• Develop and standardize operational report templates tailored to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Set up BI-driven operational report templates that can be shared and accessed by stakeholders across the organization.
• Support the collection, preparation, and validation of data sets, ensuring high-quality inputs for operational reporting.
• Define and implement data governance procedures for managing operational data across the organization, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security.
• Identify data needs and gaps in collaboration with internal teams and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Establish clear protocols for data sharing with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data needs and continuously enhance capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational reporting and data governance for offshore wind sites.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the use of reporting tools, templates, and data governance policies.
