WHAT TO EXPECT

We, the ADAS Project Management Team at ARRK, are the main point of contact for our customers when it comes to successfully executing projects. We independently support all topics related to project organization and processes, whether classic or agile. This includes planning, monitoring, and optimizing processes in the development of highly automated driving functions to ensure an efficient project landscape.

YOUR TASKS

• Recording, analyzing, evaluating, modeling, optimizing, and monitoring processes in the development of autonomous driving functions to achieve the required ASPICE level in close cooperation with the specialist departments and process owners
• Coordination with interface partners to ensure effective and efficient processes
• Support in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal and external ASPICE assessments
• Participation in process improvement projects according to Automotive SPICE both internally and externally at OEMs and suppliers on-site
• Conducting process coaching and workshops
• Creating additional project documents, such as project manuals
