Reporting to the Head of Technical Department, your main responsibility will be to design the implementation of Leroy Merlin buildings, budgeting and planning projects to ensure the company's needs, as well as internal and external coordination and the reception of internal demands, providing the necessary technical solutions.

Main functions

• Design of the Leroy Merlin building layouts
• Calculation and analysis of investment
• Management of Technical Projects that enable obtaining the necessary licenses for their execution
• Tendering and awarding of assigned projects in compliance with internal procedures
• Project planning
• Technical management of works
• Project Management : Coordination of internal and external project needs
• Development of the Leroy Merlin construction project
• Detection and analysis of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions
