Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Controller Senior to join a growing technology-driven organization focused on innovation and excellence in project execution. This role will be key in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technological and R&D projects — meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage technological and R&D projects from initial definition to delivery and closure.

Supervise project schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables aligned with strategic goals.

Oversee financial performance : cost tracking, deviation control, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage technical and operational risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (software engineering, QA, security, legal, marketing, etc.).

Ensure compliance with norms and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ENS, RGPD, NIS2, etc.).

Prepare technical and administrative documentation for audits and public funding justifications (Red.es, CDTI, INCIBE, Horizon Europe, etc.).

Implement and maintain management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). Oversee quality assurance processes (testing, deployment, documentation, reporting).

Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and management practices.

Requirements :

University degree in a relevant field.

Complementary training in Project Management.

5+ years of experience leading technology projects.

Proven experience in financial control and justification of public-funded projects (Red.es, CDTI, H2020, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Agile / hybrid methodologies , technical team integration, and executive reporting.

Solid understanding of information security and regulatory compliance (ENS, ISO 27001, RGPD).

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalents).

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
