This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in redesigning public services and transforming the way government interacts with citizens.About the OpportunityThis role involves working on a European project aimed at providing consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States.The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and assessing the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.Key Responsibilities1. Analyse and assess the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.2. Propose redesigned service models aligned with user needs and digital delivery requirements.3. Draft implementation roadmaps and legislative inputs to support the transition to user-centred public services.4. Collaborate with public administration teams to facilitate simplification and modernisation of internal processes.Requirements- Masters degree in public administration, political science, digital governance, or similar.- At least 8 years' experience in public sector reform, service design, or digital transformation.- Experience in EU Member States' administration or working with national digitalisation strategies.- Strong knowledge of administrative simplification, process re-engineering, and human-centric design.
