Senior Social Ads Manager (5+ Years Experience) – Full Remote

Location : Remote, Central Europe office hours

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, looking for a Senior Social Ads Manager to join our team. As a Senior Social Ads Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing cutting-edge social advertising strategies for our clients, with a focus on eCommerce and fashion sectors.

Manage large-scale social ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Develop and implement high-performance ad strategies tailored to clients' needs in the retail and eCommerce industries.

Analyze campaign performance , optimize for ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.

5+ years of experience in Social Ads management, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

~Proven experience managing large budgets

~ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize ad performance.

~ Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus).
