Senior HVAC Project Manager (F / M)

Atlantis RH is looking for a client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, a Senior HVAC Project Manager (F / M) in Madrid.

Vos missions

Working on design and build projects for Datacenters, your main missions are :

• Coordinating the design of the technical solution
• Writing technical specifications and accompanying building modelling
• Construction management of the HVAC field with the supervision of our subcontractors
• Client’s privileged interlocutor, you are responsible for the technical and financial aspect of your field

Vos compétences

As an HVAC engineer, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
