Your role and work environment :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Evolution team, Team of Cloud & Tech Foundations tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to evaluate, analyze and support other teams for deploying Cloud solutions considering best practices and company standards. Our way of working is exploring Cloud usage to provide the capabilities required for next Bank challenges such as resilience and scalability, time to market reduction, new technologies adoption, variable load cost control, and data and AI platform acceleration.

Collaboration is key, both with other departments. Agile / Scrum is the way of working; you continuously improve, learn, and stimulate each other’s professional development.

Your key responsibilities :

As a Cloud Engineer you will :

• Positively contribute to establishing a hybrid cloud strategy, in line with Head Office and Architecture guidelines.
• Evaluate the best destination, Public or Private Cloud, for new solutions or assets to be migrated.
• Accompany and support other teams on the onboarding and implementation of Cloud solutions.
• Be the reference for questions related to Cloud solutions.
• Be an independent thinker with the functional and technical ability to execute follow-up and advise where necessary on identified gaps.
• Keep our environments safe & secure following internal & regulatory rules.
• Be a team player accustomed to communicating, co-working, and establishing healthy relationships with diverse stakeholders (inside and outside the country).
• Have an idler mindset focused on automation (thinking out-of-the-box to avoid manual and repetitive tasks).
• Be resilient to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Able to deal with the ambiguity of delivering fast and on-time with audit-ready and regulatory-compliant deliverables.
