Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Buyer Consumer Electronics at Telcomdis Tecnología located in Alcobendas, with flexibility for remote work. The Buyer will be responsible for supplier evaluation, purchasing processes, procurement, and electronics functions on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a product manager with a strong commercial profile, a high level of English, and proven experience in purchasing departments and negotiations with suppliers for the following product categories : Consumer Electronics and / or health products for B2C.

Minimum education : Bachelor's degree

Minimum experience : At least 5 years

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in purchasing department.
  • Cost and rotation analysis.
  • High level of English.
  • Advanced office 365 skills.
  • Commercial, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Power BI

  • Responsibilities :

  • Prepare purchase budget with management.
  • Market and competition analysis.
  • Category vision for creating and developing the product roadmap.
  • Search for products and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Monitor product development with suppliers and the commercial team.
  • Manage and organize product information and data.
  • Negotiate purchase orders and additional conditions (Marketing, etc.).
  • Plan and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor stock rotation.
  • Prepare product presentations for sales teams.
  • Attending international trade fairs to find new products.

  • Working hours : Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM / Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM.
