We’re hiring Calypso Consultants – Multiple Roles Open | Remote – Global

At Qaracter , we’re looking for a Calypso Consultant with 2+ years of experience who’s passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to work on impactful projects with major banks and financial institutions. You’ll join a cross-functional team of professionals where knowledge is shared, effort is valued, and your ideas truly count.

In this role, you’ll take part in international projects related to treasury and capital markets. We offer not only technical challenges but a supportive and international environment where your career can thrive.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and support the Calypso platform , adapting solutions to client needs
• Develop and configure system components using Java, SQL, XML
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to analyze requirements
• Support integrations, testing, upgrades, and optimization
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement in your squad
• Work in hybrid mode, closely connected with colleagues in Spain and beyond
• What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience with Calypso , ideally in technical roles
• Hands-on experience with Java , SQL databases, and XML configuration
• Understanding of capital markets, treasury, or financial systems
• Ability to work both independently and in agile, collaborative teams
• English level B2 or higher – for daily use in global teams
• Availability for hybrid work in Madrid
