We are BioNippy, a technology-based retail platform dedicated to selling and promoting Organic, Sustainable, and Recycled products. Our mission is to transform the Organic Industry in Europe and North America, with plans to expand globally. BioNippy is a One-Stop-Shop offering a wide range of impactful products delivered quickly at attractive prices.

We are currently seeking a Country Manager for Spain to join our team. This role is based in Spain and reports directly to our management team in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the strategy to scale BioNippy in Spain, providing strategic direction and creating a vision for success.
  • Explore the market and perform various tasks to expand BioNippy's presence through sales, partnerships, logistics, and stores.
  • Work closely with founders, CEO, and VP to define strategies and processes for expansion and growth in Spain.
  • Establish BioNippy's presence in the Spanish market in collaboration with HQ.
  • Manage the business operations in Spain, including P&L responsibility, ensuring alignment with company strategy and mission.
  • Identify new market opportunities in organic and sustainable retail and logistics industries.
  • Develop local B2C and B2B partnerships.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for different target groups.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support growth plans.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience in roles such as Business Developer, Country Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, or B2B Sales.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proactive with experience in new business models, channels, and execution.
  • Experience working with international teams and business units.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and responsive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and G-Suite.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to lead change across multiple units or countries.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of German, Italian, or Dutch is a plus.
