Premier Research is seeking a Vice President, Business Development (EMEA / APAC) to join our Business Development team.

What you'll be doing :

  • Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.
  • Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations through strategic client solutions.
  • Managing key accounts directly and engaging with target clients to promote our services.
  • Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet sales goals, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with the SVP of BD and the CCO. Building a scalable structure to support growth and enhance standards across the commercial team.
  • Formulating account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including preparing RFPs and client presentations.

What we are searching for :

  • Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) with 12-16 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree (MA) with 10-14 years, or MBA / PhD with 8-12 years.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level.
  • Proven hands-on management experience, leading by example and driving process improvements to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Understanding of drug development from Phase I through Phase IV.
