This role involves driving business growth by identifying opportunities, designing and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in new markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls to prospective clients to showcase products and services
  • Solicit feedback from existing clients to improve service proposals
  • Supervise daily client interactions to maintain strong relationships
  • Negotiate prices and services with clients and carriers
  • Meet sales targets through effective lead nurturing and quotation management
  • Develop a network of EU agents in assigned areas
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Air / Ocean Freight Import / Export experience with leadership skills a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of Import / Export regulations and documents
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (Spanish and English proficiency required)
  • Exceptional teamwork and attention to detail
