Since inception, we've helped our clients raise over $25M USD in direct, trackable revenue through online channels such as crowdfunding and e-commerce.

We work seamlessly to push through client limitations and think beyond just the client's brand, e-commerce, and marketing.

Everything we do is directly translatable into online revenue.

About the role : STERRY Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager for Europe (particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) in a remote setup. The role requires several key qualifications and skills to manage diverse markets and work across various cultures effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. A Master’s degree in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience : Proven digital marketing management experience, especially in international markets or with European clients. Experience in a remote or distributed team environment. Successful campaign management across multiple channels and markets.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous, depending on focus regions. Knowledge of local marketing trends is a plus.
  • Technical & Digital Marketing Skills : Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools. Content strategy knowledge tailored to European markets.
  • Cultural Understanding : Deep understanding of consumer behavior and cultural nuances in Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Knowledge of GDPR and local advertising standards. Ability to localize campaigns effectively.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication. Leadership ability to manage remote teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Strategy & Analytical Skills : Strategic planning aligned with business goals. Data interpretation skills. Budget management experience.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility : Ability to work across time zones, adapt strategies, and thrive in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • Client Relationship Management : Strong client management skills, including reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Tools and Platforms : Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Certifications (Optional) : Google Ads / Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, SEMrush / Moz certifications.
  • Soft Skills : Problem-solving, time management, proactive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Other Qualifications : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and B2B / ABM strategies is beneficial. Local influencer or partner networks are valuable.
