As an Admissions Manager, you will own and refine the admissions process to ensure it is structured, data-driven, and customer-centric. Your role will involve designing and implementing efficient, scalable workflows to optimize the admissions process, integrating automation and digital tools to improve efficiency. You will lead a small team, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. By focusing on both operational execution and strategic oversight, you'll contribute to an enhanced admissions experience, making a direct impact on family satisfaction and the overall growth of the organization.
Accountabilities :
- Design and implement efficient, scalable admissions workflows to improve response times and decision-making
- Automate and digitize key steps in the admissions process using CRM and workflow tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, JotForm)
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements to streamline the admissions process
- Develop clear admission criteria and eligibility assessments to ensure families and children are a strong fit for the program
- Lead and manage a team of Admissions Specialists, providing training, resources, and clear processes for success
- Communicate with families with transparency and empathy, addressing complex cases and exceptions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Education, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience
- Track performance metrics such as admissions speed, family satisfaction, and process effectiveness
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in admissions, customer success, or operational roles requiring structured decision-makingExperience managing teams and leading cross-functional collaborationsExpertise in workflow automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex decisions in a clear and approachable wayAbility to design efficient, scalable processes and automate repetitive tasksFamiliarity with education or family profiling is a plus, but not requiredBenefits :
