We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Front Desk Assistant to manage our automated hotel lobby, combining light reception support with full responsibility for our self-service-style lobby bar. This is a fun, high-energy role where you’ll interact with guests all day, helping with check-in issues, serving coffee and snacks, and keeping everything in top shape. You’ll be based behind the bar, where you’ll prepare light food and drinks, assist with guest requests, and make sure the space is clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
Greet guests and support them with check-in / out or other needs (towels, amenities, room support)
Keep the bar and reception area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
Handle cash and card payments, close your till, and complete end-of-shift reports
Follow checklists to ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties are completed smoothly
Restock fridges and counters, and manage basic food prep and bar maintenance
Experience in F&B, especially behind the bar or in café-style service
Confident handling cash, closing shifts, and following structured procedures
Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience (reception is a plus)
Tech-comfortable : able to work with automated systems and digital tools
Speak Spanish and English fluently (French is a plus)
Available to work during night shifts
Open to a 3-month full-time contract with potential to extend
