Senior Real Estate Agent Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the Madrid property market and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • List rental properties in target areas and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collect and check all required property documentation and negotiate agreements with landlords.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants.
  • Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • A strong background in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Madrid's market and key areas.
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international team.
