We are looking for an IT professional with a strong interest in Identity Security. You will work in a global cross-functional team setup and you will have the opportunity to contribute to different key IT projects at Roche.

Job facts

You will contribute to the Identity and Access Management Products and Services Product Line and work in a virtual team with colleagues distributed around the globe, with a variety of backgrounds and expertise within the Identity and Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation and management of identity and access management solutions

Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.

Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security identity requirements and develop roadmap plans

Stay up-to-date with the latest security tools and techniques and make recommendations for improvements

To stay aware of operational challenges and opportunities; works with support teams to provide internal escalation support as needed

To ensure solutions and components implemented comply Quality / Regulatory standards, as applicable

To help, design, build, test and implement (first-time deployments) integrated, resilient and reliable solutions

To evaluate new promising Identity solutions and their feasibility in meeting Roche’s business needs

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is valued.

Knowledge in Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies is a plus / advantage

Goodanalytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration skills
