Online Sales Specialist — EdTech / Digital Learning (Remote, Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Role

Home Alliance Academy is looking for an Online Sales Specialist to join our global EdTech sales team. You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calls), guide potential students through our educational programs, and help them make life-changing decisions through learning.

This role is ideal for goal-driven, empathetic professionals who are passionate about education and ready to grow their income through performance-based sales.

Key Responsibilities Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion

• Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Understand client goals and match them with the right educational program.
• Present program benefits clearly, handle objections, and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (minimum 10 enrollments per month).
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
